The bus and winery tour guides were great - all very professional, friendly, multi-lingual.. I was just under the impression that the whole thing would take about 3 hours...but it took about 6 overall. I know traffic is something that is unavoidable, but next time I think I would probably just take a car to the winery. It was nice to be picked up from my hotel but then there was a transfer to the big bus and it took awhile to wait for all the people to arrive from different hotels. I was late for my English tour & had to run & catch up with them. Then at the end was more waiting in the bus as people's shuttles arrived. Highly recommend bringing some snacks with you. Overall Concha y Toro was a blast and Gray Line has great tour guides but I'd rather have more control over my experience next time.

Marcelo my guide from Santiago to the winery and back was intelligent and. interesting. With excellent English we were able to have some good conversations. The winery tour and tasting were very professional but as anticipated a very commercial set up. Nevertheless it was enjoyable. The additional tasting with cheese and meat was rushed. I would have appreciated a list of wines I had tasted for future reference.
