Had a great time! Weather was perfect! Our guide t’ Earl was funny and informative. He found us several alligators and took us on a great tour of the area. Be sure to go on this tour when visiting New Orleans

I gave the my printed out voucher to the woman at the GrayLine kiosk and she gave me my bus ticket and tour ticket. Woman was pleasant and answered some general questions I had.The bus was clean and the driver was very pleasant.The ride to the Airboat Swamp Tour was easy enough. When we arrived we traded our tour tickets for a wristband. After that, we roamed around not sure where to go. Our group met up near the docks and airboats. We were allowed to board our boat, boarding from the rear to the front in that order. You need a little dexterity boarding though. But I received a little assistance. You must where ear protection, which they provide. The airboat was fun gliding around. When we approached the bayou, our experienced guide, a native, slowed down and we started our tour. Now, I’ve done a swamp tour before and know that alligators aren’t really active in colder weather. We were hoping but no alligators. But the guide answered all of our questions after he gave us info on what’s out there, the area and briefly how he grew up in the bayous. Very interesting. He took us through bayou alleys with Spanish Moss hanging from trees, beautiful and eerie. I did this tour for my husband. He really wanted to experience the airboat ride. Do this tour when New Orleans is warmer, not December/January and you will have a great experience with viewing the alligators and other animals that inhabit the bayou!!!

Loved this. Got to see 5 alligators, the guide was very knowledgeable.

The tour felt disorganized. Was directed to the wrong berth to board the bus. Once at the swamp tour facility, wasn't sure where to go or how we were going to be called i.e. swamp vs airboat tour. The tour guide and bus driver are the reasons for the 4 stars rather than 3.

Amazing tour of the swamp! Our guide was funny and informative and told great stories (though I doubt the truth of some of them...but doesn't really matter as they were entertaining). The environment was beautiful and we did get to see many alligators, big and small, as well as other animals.

Such a fun experience! Highly recommend to everyone - Cory was great!
