The waiting area was crowded and confusing to a lot of people it seems. Why not have some signs saying when the buses will be loading? E.G. bus for airport loads at 1:15, tour bus loads at 1:30 etc. A lot of people kept asking when their bus was coming and came rushing up every time a bus pulled in.The tour itself was good and driver was excellent. Lots of information about the area and both stops but I would have loved more time at the Alaska Wildlife Center. The bus parks in the main parking lot and it is quite a walk for those of us with bad knees and/or hips to walk to get to see the animals. I'm sure we saw less than half of the pens-the shuttle wasn't operating that I saw so that wasn't an option either.Highlight of the day was seeing Dr. Michelle Oakley at the Conservation Center.

On line booking was easy, but the reservation was not on the list the driver had. If we had not printed our reservation paperwork we would not have been able to take the tour.

The tour to the glacier was cancelled because of wind, but we did visit a wildlife park. We're suppose to get refunded for our tickets, but it hasn't posted yet. Also, our names were not on the passenger list for the tour bus so you can improve the system.

Great tour with a very informative and obliging driver & host, Mike. Only 12 of us on a 56 seater bus. One lady said she wanted to see a male moose in the wild and Mike not only found one, he turned the bus around so we could take photos of it! The Portage Glacier tour was excellent but the highlight was the Conservation Center. It was also a thrill to see the ‘boretide’ on the way back to Anchorage. Well done Grayline and well done (and sincere thanks) to Mike.

The tour ex Anchorage was good with an excellent driver, the trip on the lake to Portage Glacier was well narrated and very interesting and well run.The trip to the Wildlife Park was terrible. The place was dusty mainly because of the wind but surely the roadways could be sealed, apparently it rained the day before. That must have been shocking. The main animals that all wanted to see were few. One Black Bear, Brown one nowhere to be seen. One moose inside a shed. I realise it’s difficult to have animals do what is wanted by tourists but this is a place advertising itself as somewhere that these animals can be seen. It detracted from the overall excellent tour.
