Begin your journey reaching the rest of the group at a central meeting point in Rome to leave along the Highway of the Sun, driving past the famous Roman countryside, the Castelli Romani.
Admire incredible views of the Mediterranean, Mount Vesuvius, and countless historic sites.
The first stop is in Naples, famous for its rich history, art, culture, and gastronomy. Onboard your coach you’ll get up the Vomero hill for a view over Naples, from the Sorrento peninsula to Phlegrean fields, dominated by Vesuvius. Capture stunning photos before driving towards Pompeii.
After lunchtime (meal not included), you’ll enter the UNESCO Archaeological Site of Pompeii with your skip-the-line tickets to begin your self-exploration.
Capture the magic of this city frozen in time by volcanic ash. Enjoy the scenery on the drive back to Rome, returning in time to enjoy an evening in Rome.
The tour ends near Santa Maria degli Angeli e Martiri Church (Metro A Line, Repubblica stop).
Low Season itinerary (starting November 2024)
Begin your journey reaching the rest of the group at a central meeting point in Rome and heading directly to Pompeii, where you will be able to enjoy more time exploring the ruins after lunchtime (meal not included).
Discover the preserved city frozen in time by volcanic ash.
After the self-exploration of Pompeii, you’ll get on board the coach again and return to Rome.
The tour will end near Santa Maria degli Angeli e Martiri Church (Metro A Line, Repubblica stop).
