• Guided Tours:

Customers must adhere to the assigned guide throughout the tour. External guides cannot be added to the group after purchase. Access to the Vatican Museums requires escort by the assigned guide. Opting out forfeits tour rights and tickets without refunds.

• Security Measures:

Heightened security may cause delays. Guests with pacemakers must present a certificate to bypass security screening.

• Dress Code:

Appropriate attire is required for religious sites. Avoid sleeveless blouses, miniskirts, shorts, and hats.

• Tour Entry Requirements:

Provide first name and surname for all reservations. You should provide complete names to prevent potential refusal. Passport is mandatory on the tour day.

• Suggestions:

Moderate physical fitness is recommended. Wear comfortable shoes and bring sunscreen during summer.

• Vatican Cloakroom:

Items larger than 40 x 35 x 15 cm must be stored. Prohibited items include suitcases, large bags, umbrellas, tripods, and signage. Shoulder bags up to 15 cm wide are permitted.

• Colosseum Bag Policy:

Bulky bags, trolleys, and glass bottles are not allowed. No cloakroom facilities are available at the Colosseum.

• Accessibility:

The areas are not wheelchair accessible and may pose challenges for individuals with mobility issues. Please ensure compliance with these guidelines to enjoy a seamless visit to the attractions.
