Taking a ride on the Búzios Trolley is the best way to get to know the peninsula. Characterized by its isolated aspect and makes an excellent attraction for travelers who love thosenatural spaces “far from everything”. With clear and calm waters - ideal for snorkeling - and the set of rocks and vegetation of the surroundings, are very inviting natural nuances. You will also make a quick stop at Ponta da Lagoinha, a place that bordered with Africa in Pangea era. It is hidden between the beaches of Foca and Ferradura and accessible by a small trail (500 meters). The geological importance of the area - and its preservation - is so great that, in 2003, the government of the State of Rio de Janeiro toppled the tip and its rocky shores. An explanatory sign on the site informs about the formations and their curiosities, among them, the action of waves and tides to sculpt the granite.
