Carlos was our tour guide for the day and we were so lucky to have him as our guide. His English translation to us was very much appreciated, we didn’t expect it as there were only a couple of us that didn’t speak Spanish but he took the time to explain everything in both Spanish and English. The tour was seamless, Carlos clearly knows the Park very well and we were able to see everything the park had to offer even on a very busy day.The falls themselves are nothing short of breathtaking. It truly is a sight to behold. The Grand Adventure was absolutely worth it and is a must if you are able to. The boat ride up to the falls was far beyond any of my expectations, including how wet you get! No complaints from us though as it was a very hot day so the drenching was very welcome! They supply dry bags as well so no need to worry about your valuables getting wet.Without the help of Carlos we wouldn’t have been able to navigate the park on our own and would have ended up lost and missing out on all the activities!I really wanted to give 5 stars but the start of the tour was very stressful for us as they didn’t inform our hotel of our pick up time, nor did they inform us of the pick up time. I tried to contact them to find out but I had no response at all from them. Luckily the tour operator arrived though as the day was spectacular!

The Jungle ride was ok - really just transportation to do the boat ride but the boat tour was Awesome. If you are going to see the falls and you can physically go on the boat tour it’s a MUST
