Our coach driver Norman was an excellent driver, thoughtful, entertaining and informative. His bilingual skills were supurb. Our walking guide, Roger, whilst very knowledgeable and experienced, failed to tune in to the interest levels of tour participants, delivering lengthy histories - largely battle-related - in both English and French. The area visited in Montreal was impressive and we had 3 hours to explore unguided. However I thought that the quick visit to the Falls was probably not worth including in the itinerary.

Driver Richard and Tour guide Katya were terrific. Would have enjoyed more free time in Quebec City. Montmorency Falls are spectacular but could have done without the visit there on the one 12 hour tour in order to have more time in Quebec City. Great staff from order to comppletion of tour. Thank you!
