Visit the local wet market to experience the local Shanghainese life. And go to the cooking workshop, where you will learn from the professional chef how to make Chinese Dim-sum (Xiaolongbao or Dumplings)and dishes ( Sweet & Sour Pork or Kung Pao chicken) in a session of 2 hours. Then you will enjoy the food you made yourself as lunch. Afterwards, enjoy a walking tour in the Former French Concession area, to learn more stories about Shanghai in the colonial period.
