After hotel pick ups, the tour begins with a visit to the historic downtown of the Brazilian capital of beer. As attractions of this tour, the Biergarten where the city started. In the surroundings are Duque de Caxias Avenue, also known as Palmeiras Avenue. It was the first planned street in the colony. The first imperial palms, brought from Rio de Janeiro, were planted in the center of the avenue, in 1876; the Colonial Family Museum (optional visit), a cultural space that preserves a collection of 6,200 pieces.
