Discovering the city center of Florence has never been so easy! With so many pedestrian areas and traffic restrictions, riding a bike has become the easiest way to move around the old town.
On this small group tour, led by our friendly and expert tour guides, you will be able to admire Florence exploring the four districts of the city with detailed explanations about the history, the architectures and the anecdotes of the most important landmarks in town: Santa Croce, the Duomo, Santa Maria Novella, San Lorenzo, Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Santo Spirito and Piazza Pitti. During every stop there will be time for pictures and your guide will be glad to answer any questions in order to give everybody tips for places, museums and experiences that you can't miss during your stay in Florence.
Only by riding a bike you will be able to see so much in a very short time, taking the safe and less crowded alleys, in order to navigate through the city avoiding the main roads whenever possible. Considering that the city center of Florence is totally flat, everyone who knows how to handle a bike can join the tour, with a very low muscular effort.
At the end of the tour, a “gelato” is what you need: your guide will bring you to take one of the best ones in town...a good excuse to taste a delight that, not everybody knows, was invented by Bernardo Buontalenti in Florence during the Medici dynasty!
Add a Tuscan Lunch to your funny experience and enjoy the typical Tuscan flavors in a Trattoria in the heart of Florence.
