Was a bit pricey for what it was. Then of course there is the expectation of tips.

I liked the city tour. The guide was nice and knowledgeable. When he talked about the tip, he was pleasant and quoted a reasonable amount ($5.00) which would be split between he and the driver.The Everglade tour was okay. The driver made it very clear that we needed mosquito repellent, which seemed strange for this time of the year [February]. But, he is the area "expert" and supposed provide accurate information. But to me it was a scam so he would get a good kickback from the store we purchased the repellant from. I didn't appreciate being told that he makes his money from his tips and wanted a 15% tip. If that is the case, why the high price? Bigger profit for Gray Line? Would have been nice to be provided a bottle of water.My experience with other Gray Line companies have been very good and NOT so tip conscience has this was. This experience has left a "bad taste" with me.
