Very good tour. The only issue was that because of construction, one of the stops was temporary closed.

The busses worked well and the driver was helpful. The only negative is that they do not run frequently enough, resulting in a lot of wasted time waiting for the bus to arrive to take us to the next destination.

Well worth the cost of Hop on Hop off. Used the pass all day to see what we wanted to see. Convenient local to pick up the bus, bus routes identified, easy to navigate to desired locations. Bus clean, drivers congenial. Good choice for getting around the city.

Not offering more than 48 hours is annoying. I was in Munich for 5 days and had to purchase multiple times. Cost me more than if you 5 day pass and made me go to the Main bus station to get the ticket because you cannot purchase them on the bus. I have never heard of that. Different routes are typical...but charging differently to use a local route and a more distant one is not typical. Creates a lot of confusion too.

The convenience and routes are good. The English version didn’t always match up with the landmarks and there could have been more explanation since the guide on the bus in German was constantly talking about things and the English version only hit some highlights. The stops and time between buses are excellent and the customer service is also excellent. We would look to Gray line again for the hop on hop off tour.
