All infants and toddlers traveling on our vehicles are required to occupy their own seat. For safety purposes, they must be secured in a government-approved car seat or booster seat appropriate for their age, height, and weight. It is the responsibility of the client to bring their own government-approved car seat or booster seat for their child. In the event that a client does not bring a car seat or booster seat, they must contact us in advance to arrange for a rental seat. An additional car seat rental fee will apply. Even if a rental seat is provided, it remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the child is properly and safely buckled into the car seat or booster seat before the journey begins.
Cancellation Policy: Fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to departure.

Our tour guide Mr, Daniel provided a lot of help to us as we are a family with one 5-years old kids. In my return trip, I dropped my phone on the seat and take off the bus. Mr. Daniel kindly returned it to me personally to the hotel after he sent back all the other guests. It is extremely helpful to us and we very much appreciate his warm help. Great tour and great experience.

Positives: you go straight from the pick up spot to Niagara Falls so you beat all the crowds. Boat ride is topNegatives: the stop at the winery should be skipped and there should be an option not to pay for lunch as it’s really bad quality

Great tour!We enjoy the trip! Daniel, was very clear with the directions and information given during the day. Arrive on time, so we have the time to visit different places without rush. The meal in the Sheraton was good and has a great view.You should aware to bring an extra clothing (shoes, pants, etc) because Niagara Falls is a very wet experience!! JajaAlso, you can specify that the bus stop at 55 York St can be identified with the sing (Gray line) in the light pole, in front of Tim Hurtons cafe. We arrived earlier and got a little confused, other persons have de same trouble.I love the tour
