Pick up was in time, the cruise was great. Again the ship left on time and the commentator was very clear and gave a full explanation of the Northern Lights and their scientific background

The joining instructions could have been more detailed in that the pick up and actual trip was carried out by a partner company. As a result there was a little bit of confusion which was aggravated by the facts that the pick up location at Snorrabraut bus stop 9 is actually quite a popular pick up point for loads of tours and the bus was a little late. That being said, a quick phone call at 8:40pm was answered and we were given the number for the partner company, but luckily the bus did turn up and we got to the harbour in time. The cruise was an amazing experience and we were lucky enough to experience both calm seas and the opportunity to see the Northern Lights with our own eyes. I would still highly recommend and hope this review gives some additional context so they can avoid any panic setting in when they see loads of busses come and go from the pick up point. Still an excellent experience overall. Would recommend with pleasure.

The first evening on the boat sadly there was no activity - Elding Adventure who organise the tour gave us free tickets which we used for the following evening - we had a clear sky and although the KP was only 1 the sky was alive with the magical moving lights - it was a spectacle so breath taking and beautiful we watched for an hour - Elding Adventure took photos and shared with us following thr tour - this was a wonderful experience which we will remember !!

This was a special birthday trip to hopefully see the northern lights.The crew were very knowledgeable and also told you about lots of things.It took a while but the lights made an appearance so that was a bonus. An added bonus was seeing the bioluminescent krill near the boat. It was also an experience to see the peace tower lights up close. Luckily the sea was calm so it was a pleasant experience.
