These increases are applicable also on bookings previously confirmed: the extra charge will have to be paid in cash at the time of departure if no different indications are given.
  • A supplement may incur for services booked on special dates e.g. festivities, bank holidays, Sundays etc. We will inform about the supplement during the reservation confirmation.
Supplements & Notes: Entrance fees to monuments are not included if not mentioned under Inclusions. Cancellation policy: it will be communicated at the moment of the final confirmation. ALL RATES ARE PER PERSON Cancellation Fees: Until 15 working days before departure no penalty Between 14 & 7 working days before departure 25% From 6 to 4 working days before departure 50% From 3 days or no-show 100% Working days: from Monday to Friday.   • Please note that the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica are active places of worship. Therefore, some areas may be subject to sudden closures without prior notice. We will not be held responsible for such closures.
