Super day tripto beautiful Rothenberg. The castle was normal handicap accessible and unfortunately the restaurant did not open until 11 am so we went back to the bus. Bus driver was very accommodating and helpful. He wins an A plus!! Marlene ,the guide provided lots of interesting tips However, when we were getting off the bus to follow her to rhe recommended restaurant we lost her. She walked so fast and did not check to see if we were keeping up with a wheelchair. I did speak to her afterwards and told her my concern as we managed certainly on our own but I think a little consideration or at least checking on us would have been nice. She never looked back and saw we were missing. Otherwise, the tour was very good and we would recommend Gray Line. Buses very comfy and beverages for sale was a plus!! Thank you. See you again.

This tour was fantastic! Our guide Debbie was very informative- telling the history of the region and things we were passing. She is an American living in Germany so her English was impeccable and easy to understand- along with a very pleasant speaking voice. The two stops we made were amazing and we had plenty of time to explore. It was really great to just board the bus and not worry about getting there. There was an accident on the highway going that delayed us but GreyLine extended our trip so we didn’t miss any time at the stops. Top notch company!
